Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. You can contact our call center at 800 124 0570 to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
