HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button.

When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout Now button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Cart or Checkout button in the upper right-hand section of every page.

When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest.

When you have made your Sign-in choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping, and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Your Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Double-check your gear and the total amount in your shopping bag before you complete your order—we’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.

If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to reach out to our Call Centre at 800 124 0570 during operating hours within 60 minutes of placing an order. Due to high volume, our wait and response times are longer than normal through live chat, phone, and email. You may not be able to reach us within the cancellation window

SHIPPING TIMELINE?

We ship throughout KSA, delivery time differs depending on the city.

Orders placed will be delivered between 1-3 working days from the date order was submitted depending on your delivery address.

Orders placed on any KSA public holiday / Weekend will be deemed placed on the first KSA working day following the date on which the Order was submitted.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

At Abercrombie & Fitch, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. For KSA, free shipping is available for all orders above SAR 500, otherwise, a fee of SAR 30 is applied. The shipping cost fee is non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

• Full-price items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Sale/Discounted items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.
• Please retain your purchase receipt for any refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn and maintained in their original condition upon purchase with original tags attached.
• No refund or exchange is available on underwear, swimwear, socks, jewellery, accessories, and lingerie.
• Refunds and exchanges will be processed only in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
• 15 days for exchange or refund will be offered in case of a manufacturing defect.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 7-10 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can contact our toll-free number on 800 124 0570 to cancel or partial cancel an order. Your order can be canceled any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a credit note for the same value of the returned items.
