First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box then click the Add to Cart button.
When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout Now button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Cart or Checkout button in the upper right-hand section of every page.
When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a Guest.
When you have made your Sign-in choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping, and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Your Order. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

We ship throughout KSA, delivery time differs depending on the city.
Orders placed will be delivered between 1-3 working days from the date order was submitted depending on your delivery address.
Orders placed on any KSA public holiday / Weekend will be deemed placed on the first KSA working day following the date on which the Order was submitted.

For full-priced items, Abercrombie & Fitch products can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the purchasing date. Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. You can contact our call center at 800 124 0570 to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 7-10 business days.
